What is a mystery scoop bundle?
A mystery scoop bundle is pretty much surprise serotonin! Much like gumball and toy machines of yesteryear the capsules are filled with all kinds of surprises! You chose how many capsules you'd like, and we pick them based on the information you provide in your order note. Feel free to check out our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to see some examples.

What type of items can I get?
Mergon's Market provides quite the variety of items and categories as we wanted to try and cater to a wider audience! Here are just a few types of things you might get, keep in mind these are generic categories!
Pens/Markers, Stationary, Health Care/Beauty Items, Crystals/Gems, Decor, Jewelry, Clothing Accessory Items (socks, beanies), Gaming Accessories, Enamel Pins, Crafting Materials, Organization Tools, Stickers, Stress Relief Items, Much More...
We highly recommend looking at the photos in our products for examples and viewing our social media as well!

Can I pick my items?
They wouldn't be a mystery if you could pick them! We do HIGHLY encourage leaving us a note about yourself with 2-3 themes and a color or two that you would prefer for your choices. We CANNOT guarantee that every item will fall under these requests but we will do our best to include them where we can during your mystery pull.

What if I don't like my items?
While we do our best to pick items we believe you'll enjoy, that may not always be the case for every item. We do not offer refunds based on item preferences as you are taking a known risk with purchasing a mystery bundle. Please ensure to use the note section in your order to provide us information about yourself including if you have any allergies, sensitivities, religious beliefs that prevent certain themes, or just don't want specific themes. We cannot be held liable if not given the information to prevent these situations.

What is the Mermaid's Treasure Trove and The Dragon's Hoard?
OOOOH! These are special picks in the capsule that can upgrade your items from the standard items to be a little bit more exciting! The more capsules you purchase, the higher a chance of getting upgraded items! The Treasure Trove is only available in standard loot pulls while the Dragon's Hoard is only available in the Treasure Trove! A breakdown of your chances are listed here and on each product listing.

Shipping and Receiving

When will I get my order?
We ask for 10 business days to pull and ship your bundle, if purchasing a social media video with your order we have a turn around time of 10-14 days. Typically it does not take this long to ship, however life can happen, and if there is any delay for any reason you will receive an email advising of such.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer shipping in the United States. We are hoping to offer this in the future.

Why did I receive my order before my video was uploaded onto social media?
Depending on the demand for social media videos being included with the picking of items, you may receive your bundle before your video is posted. The videos are posted in the order they are purchased. Required editing of videos may cause this delay.

I received my package and items are missing and/or damaged. What do I do?
While we take all precautions to ensure everything arrives in one piece, accidents happen! Please email us with photos of any damaged packaging and items as soon as possible so we can issue a replacement. Should you find an item is missing, please double check all packing just to be sure then take a photo of all items and email them to us with your concerns.
